Using Video Games to Learn at AAMA AGM

Researcher Teddy Moline presents "Learning to Play or Playing to Learn" at the 2009 AAMA AGM.

On May 12, 2009, the annual AAMA General Meeting took place at the Alberta Teacher’s Association “Barnett House” in Edmonton. Guest speaker Teddy Moline provided the keynote address on her latest research showing how educational video games are becoming an effective way to help reinforce curriculum concepts in students.

After Ms. Moline’s presentation, the business of the AGM took place, and a new board was presented and elected:
